a wing that breaks the moon

Full moon

Image via Wikipedia

Full moon as Capricorn turns to Aquarius and this seems important.  If only I knew what it meant.  The full moon like a fat sack of quarters in the skylight.  Not every post will be this “romantic,” it’s just the combined effects of the giant moon and prolonged unemployment, which makes everything more dramatic.  Another example: no job makes me feel badly drawn. Like a half-hearted sketch in a “draw your favorite cartoons!” book.  Turning thirty-one on Friday, not the most important piece of information, but it is further cause for examining the heavens.  The positions of stars on the night you were born: things determined without your knowledge or consent.   If a crow passes across the full moon,  a hole inside storm clouds tonight, its wing will break the moon, just for a beat or two.

One Response to a wing that breaks the moon

  1. Lady Di says:

LovelyEMV: Surely it was your own soaring wings you noticed in the silhoutte of the moonlight; isn’t that what provoked the shimmer?
